Founded in 2014, Oregon Studio Group, LLC and Luxury Boudoir Studio are led by John Neilson, President and CEO. John is a PPA-certified photographer and a seasoned professional based in Medford, Oregon. His work blends technical precision with story-driven portraiture, creating images that are both polished and meaningful.
With more than 25 years of experience, John brings a diverse background spanning headshots, commercial photography, scientific documentation, fashion-inspired portraiture, boudoir, and landscape imagery. His expertise gives the studio a distinctive balance of accuracy, artistry, and personality.

Your Photoshoot Plan
With your strategy fully defined, I will create a customized photoshoot plan designed specifically for you and your brand. This is where creativity meets intention.
Your plan will outline everything, from curated shot ideas and styling direction to the overall flow of your session, so you know exactly what we are creating and why. Every detail is designed to ensure your shoot feels elevated, cohesive, and editorial in quality while still feeling natural and true to you.

Brand Strategy Call
This is where your ideas begin to take shape and turn into a clear, intentional plan. After your questionnaire is complete, we will connect for a focused strategy call where we map out your entire shoot with purpose.
We will dive into your brand voice, your visual identity, your color palette, and the kind of content you truly need, not just what looks good, but what works. We will also talk through where and how you will be using these images so every detail is aligned with your goals.
By the end of this step, you will not just feel prepared, you will feel clear, confident, and fully connected to the vision we are about to create.

The Session Day
This is the moment everything comes together and it is designed to feel just as good as it looks. From the second you arrive, you will be taken care of with professional hair and makeup, personalized styling support, and a calm, elevated environment that allows you to fully step into your brand.
You do not need to worry about how to pose or what to do. I will guide you through every movement, expression, and detail so you feel confident, natural, and completely in your element. We will move through your shoot with intention, creating a variety of looks and content that feel aligned, polished, and true to you.
This is more than a photoshoot. It is an experience. One where you get to show up, be seen, and step into the version of yourself your brand has been waiting for. And yes, we are going to have an incredible time doing it.

Book Your Session
When you are ready to move forward, we will officially reserve your session date and make it real. This is the moment your vision shifts from idea to something tangible and scheduled.
You will receive a formal contract, a prep guide, and we will book our licensed makeup and hair artist, so every detail is handled with care and professionalism. From this point on, you can relax knowing everything is in motion and thoughtfully taken care of behind the scenes.

Once your session is complete, the momentum continues. You will not be left wondering what to do with your images. You will be equipped with a clear, personalized plan to start using them right away.
